Find a comfortable seated position and begin to settle into your physical body. Take a slow, full breath. As you inhale feel the sensation of your lungs as they fill with air. On your exhale notice the sensation of your breath as it passes through your nostrils. As you drop into your breath begin to scan your body for sensations. What sensations do you feel on your skin? Which muscles call for your attention? Can you sense into your organs or feel the weight of your bones? This is your physical body. Do you see images, words or nothing at all? Is your mind busy or calm and relaxed? There is nothing to do but notice and keep a curious mind. This is your mental body. Close your eyes and find a comfortable position. As you settle into your being sense into your physical, mental and emotional body. What is present? What in life connects you with all eternity.
