  • What does it mean to live mindfully?
  • Mindfulness and eating
  • What does it mean to anchor your awareness?

 

Session Two: Understanding the Mechanics

  • Mindfulness and self-regulation
  • How mindfulness helps you improve your focus
  • How mindfulness leads to greater self-awareness
  • How mindfulness helps you make more space for your emotional landscape

Session Three: Recognizing the Potential

  • Mindfulness and neuroplasticity
  • How can mindfulness unlock new potential
  • What does it mean to practice?

 

 

Session Four: Mindfully Engage in Your Life

  • ​Mindfulness and your nervous system
  • What does the nervous have to do with engagement?
  • Understanding your stress response
  • How can mindfulness help you engage more fully in your life?

WHAT YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE


  • This class is delivered online using the Zoom platform
  • You need a computer or mobile device, an internet connection, microphone (headset) and video camera
  • Each class has a writing component so you will need a journal, a pen or an electronic option
  • A comfortable, quiet environment

We will be using the ZOOM webinar platform for each session.  

You do not need an account to access the events.
