Pilgrimage Inside
A Weekly Community Meditation Practice
PILGRIMAGE
a long journey to a sacred place
as an act of devotion
"What if life is meant to be a pilgrimage but the only sacred place you ever need to visit is the sacred landscape inside of yourself?
And what if devotion is the act of cultivating love, kindness
and compassion for your human experience?
How might intimately knowing yourself transform your life?
How could this simple act of curiosity and devotion
transform the world?"

Join us for Group Meditation
During times of uncertainty and stress, one of our greatest resources is the ability to focus and direct our attention. Like many things in life, this takes practice. Our minds wander, get distracted, and sometimes get a little lost, and our only job is to notice and redirect our attention. With practice, we increase our self-awareness, improve our ability to focus, and learn how to more skillfully relate to our emotions.
Through a process called neuroplasticity, the repetition that is created by regular practice helps us to build new neural pathways leading to a mind that is more stable, supportive and responsive. Pilgrimage Inside is a free, weekly, guided meditation group created as a space where people can come together to practice.
Live Sessions Every Saturday
For our West Coast friends, start your day with an hour of connection and reflection. For our east coast friends, take
a break at mid-day to regroup and reset your attention and intention. All sessions are scheduled for Saturdays unless
otherwise noted below. This is a guided meditation practice. The guided portion of the meditation is approximately
40-minutes in length and is followed by an optional debrief.
What participants are saying about their experience...
"Thank you so much for doing this! It really helped me to unload some of the worry and stress from my week"
Jess A
"The "Life Takes Practice" weekly meditation group, masterfully and gently guided by Stacy each week, is one of those rare opportunities I have availed myself of, that I can say for me is truly life changing! The group meditation offers a respite from my busy week, a time to better get to know myself, and much wonderful inspiration! The group discussion that some of us choose to stay on for after the guided meditation, offers me a sense of community, and some wonderful nourishment for the week ahead!"

“These weekly meditations have given me the rhythm and consistency to become more dedicated in my meditation practice. Stacy does a wonderful job of guiding you from right where you are and creates a warm, yummy space to help you drop in and take a step back from the chaos of the world. Mediation has been a huge part of my healing from chronic illness. Stacy also has experienced health issues, which shows up in her meditations and helps me tap into the areas that still need healing."

"What I most love about the guided meditations is the way Stacy creates a healing space that is respectful, deep, gentle, validating, instructive, and very calming to the nervous system. Through her gentle tone of voice and slow, steady pacing of spontaneously chosen words, I feel a sense of relaxation that speaks directly to the cells of my body. Often I feel as if I am hearing the exact words I need to hear at the moment they are being expressed. This helps me feel connected and included in a field of common resonant humanity. The words that Stacy choses provides an array of choices, providing options that might apply to different individuals regarding how to best engage in the meditative experience she is guiding. I find this to be very respectful and honoring. I feel empowered by this approach and, as a result, more innately resourced. I consistently leave the meditation feeling peaceful, calm, alive, alert, and connected to myself and others. I also really enjoy the personal sharing among participants afterwards, because there is a sense of safety to be real and authentic. Listening to the way that Stacy responds to participant's sharing and questions communicates support, validation, respect, helpful suggestions when requested and authentic sharing from her experience when that seems to be more helpful."

Always we hope someone else has the answer
Always we hope someone else has the answer, some other place will be better, some other
time it will all turn out. This is it; no one else has the answer, no other place will be better,
and it has already turned out. At the center of your being, you have the answer; you know
who you are and you know what you want. There is no need to run outside for better seeing.
Nor to peer from a window. Rather abide at the center of your being; for the more you leave it
the less you learn. Search your heart and see the way to do is to be."
