A 2.5 hour LIVE interactive session

Overview

Customer service can be challenging even in the best of times. Periods of change and uncertainty present new challenges while also highlighting the places where customer service professionals may benefit from additional support and training.

 

Planning for Resilience is a highly experiential training that explores resilience, mindfulness practices and healthy nervous system function. Participants will be asked to reflect, write, and share throughout the 2.5 hour session. Using Zoom, participants will engage with one another either verbally using the mic feature or through writing using the chat feature.  

 


WHAT YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE


  • This class is delivered online using the Zoom platform
  • Each participant will need a computer or mobile device, an internet connection, microphone (headset) and video camera
  • This class has a writing component so participants will need a journal, a pen or an electronic option
  • If participants have access to a printer electronic worksheets may be shared prior to the workshop
  • A comfortable, quiet environment
